(A) The following fee schedule shall apply to subscriptions through Laredo for access to recordings in DeWitt County.
0 - 250 minutes: | $75 per month | ($0.25 per minute overage) |
251 - 500 minutes: | $125 per month | ($0.23 per minute overage) |
501 - 1,000 minutes: | $195 per month | ($0.18 per minute overage) |
1,001 - 2,000 minutes: | $295 per month | ($0.15 per minute overage) |
Unlimited: | $400 per month | |
Print fee: $0.25 per page | ||
(B) Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the County Clerk Document Storage Fund for the purpose of modernizing and maintaining recordings.
