§ 36.30 COUNTY CLERK FEE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   The fees stated in this section shall be maintained within the Office of the County Clerk and shall be available to the public with the cost study justifying such fees.
   (B)   Clerk general fees:
      (1)   Certified copies, Birth Certificate: $18.
      (2)   Additional non-certified Birth Certificate: $11.
      (3)   Certified copies, Death Certificate: $20.
      (4)   Additional non-certified Death Certificate: $15.
      (5)   Marriage License/Civil Union: $55.
      (6)   Certified copies Marriage License/Civil Union: $11.
      (7)   Additional Certified Marriage/Civil Union: $11.
      (8)   Business, Assumed/Changed Name: $11.
      (9)   Notary by mail: $15.
      (10)   Notary certification in person: $14.
      (11)   Tax redemption: $61.
      (12)   Other certified copies: $8.
      (13)   Non certified copies: $1.
      (14)   Notary: $2.
      (15)   Search fee: $14.
   (C)   Recording fees:
      (1)   Summary recording first four pages: $68.
      (2)   Summary recording additional pages: $1.
      (3)   Fee if not 3-1/2 x 5 inch spaced: $12.
      (4)   Fee if paper not 8-1/2 x 11 inch: $12.
   (D)   (1)   Plat of Subdivision fees.
      (2)   Summary recording: $87.
   (E)   (1)   Financial/UCC fees:
      (2)   Summary recording: $59.
   (F)   The County Clerk shall not charge other County Offices or Officers the above fees when conducting business on behalf of the County of DeWitt or otherwise performing their duties as an employee for the County of DeWitt.
