§ 30.18 CONFLICT WITH ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER.
   The County Board of DeWitt County, Illinois shall adhere to the rules of parliamentary procedure as contained in Robert’s Rules of Order, with the most recent edition of Robert’s Rules being controlling, and that in the event of a conflict with any established law or ordinance such law or ordinance will take precedence over Robert’s Rules of Order.
