(A) Audio files of DeWitt County Board meetings shall be posted on the DeWitt County website in a commonly accepted format within five business days after each Board meeting. Said audio files shall be maintained on the website in a user-friendly format for a period of five years unless otherwise provided by the Board. The publication of a video file containing corresponding audio shall satisfy the requirements of this section.
(B) This section does not extend to audio of closed or executive sessions or any sessions where such publication would be prohibited by law. Such audio file(s) shall be excluded from publication.
(C) The Executive Administrative Assistant to the DeWitt County Board shall have the authority to implement the directives of division (A) above, including communications and consultations with the "webmaster" or "host" of the DeWitt County website.
