(A) Every Emergency Management Agency established pursuant to this subchapter and the coordinators thereof shall execute and enforce the orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the Board Chairperson under authority of this subchapter.
(B) Each Emergency Management Agency shall have available for inspection at its office all orders, rules and regulations made by the Governor, or under the Governor’s authority.
(C) The Illinois Emergency Management Agency shall furnish the orders, rules and regulations to each Emergency Management Agency.
