§ 34.08 COMMUNICATIONS IN TIMES OF DISASTER.
   (A)   The Illinois Emergency Management Agency shall ascertain the means that exist for rapid and efficient communications in times of disaster.
   (B)   The Illinois Emergency Management Agency shall consider the desirability of supplementing these communications resources or of integrating them into a comprehensive state or state-federal telecommunication or other communications system or network.
   (C)   In studying the character and feasibility of any system or its several parts, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency shall evaluate the possibility of multipurpose use thereof for general state and political subdivision purposes.
   (D)   The Illinois Emergency Management Agency shall make recommendations to the Governor as appropriate.
