§ 156.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The terms used in this chapter shall have the same meanings as the same terms are defined in the State Environmental Protection Act, being ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5, in effect as of the date hereof and as the Act may be amended or modified from time to time.
