§ 33.06 COURT AUTOMATION FEES.
   (A)   The County Board, pursuant to state law, does hereby impose a $10 for over the counter or a $20 court automation fee for each party in all civil cases or by the defendant in any felony, traffic, misdemeanor, municipal ordinance or conservation case upon a judgment of guilty or grant of supervision.
   (B)   This fee shall be in addition to all other fees and charges of the County Circuit Clerk, and assessable as costs, and shall be submitted monthly by the County Circuit Clerk to the County Treasurer in a special fund designated as the Court Automation Fund.
   (C)   Funds shall be audited by the County Auditor and the County Board shall make expenditures from the fund in payment of any costs related to the automation of Court records; provided, the expenditure is approved by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county and the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit or his or her designees.
