(A) The County Board hereby adopts the provisions of an Act in Relation to Jury Commissioners and Authorizing Judges to Appoint the Commissioners and to Make Rules Concerning Their Powers and Duties, as amended.
(B) The Circuit Judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the state, or a majority of them, shall choose three competent and discreet electors, who shall not be so chosen on account of party affiliation, who shall be known as the Jury Commissioners of the county, the Commissioners to be chosen on the first Monday of July.
(C) The Jury Commissioners and their clerk or assistants, if any be so authorized by the Circuit Judges, shall be paid for their services compensation as shall be hereinafter fixed by resolution of the County Board; and the Jury Commissioners shall be allowed a reasonable sum every year for stationery and office expenses other than salaries, which expenses shall first be approved by the presiding Judge of the General Division of the Circuit Court of the county.
