Road names for roads and streets in the unincorporated area of the county shall adhere to the following requirements.
(A) The root road name shall be spelled and pronounced differently than any other road name in any part of the county, including street names within the incorporated area of the county, except where there is a minimum of 20 miles between the closest point of the new or unnamed road and a road or street with an identical or phonetically similar root name.
(B) The range of primary address numbers that could be assigned to the new or unnamed road shall not overlap the range of primary address numbers that could be assigned to any other road or street within the unincorporated area or incorporated area of the county that has an identical or phonetically similar name.
(C) The road name shall contain a root road name followed by a suffix.
(D) The road name shall contain, at maximum, one directional.
(E) The root road name shall contain no road types.
(F) The root road name shall not comprise a surname or name of a person.
(G) The root road name shall not comprise a cardinal or ordinal number unless used to identify a state highway.
(H) The root road name shall not be pronounced the same as a cardinal or ordinal number unless used to identify a state highway.
