§ 150.04 MAINTENANCE OF DATABASE OF ROAD NAMES AND SITE ADDRESSES.
   (A)   A digital database and digital map which accurately reflects the road names and site addresses as established herein and which accurately reflects the changes thereto shall be maintained by the county. The road names as established herein and the changes thereto shall be maintained by the office of the County Assessor. The site addresses as established herein and the changes thereto shall be maintained by the County Zoning Office. A separate digital database and digital map which accurately reflects the road names and addresses as established herein and which accurately reflects the changes thereto shall be maintained by the ETSB. Changes to these digital databases and maps shall occur as contained herein. Annual reconciling of the two databases and maps shall be performed and discrepancies shall be resolved to benefit their respective accuracies. Reconciliation of site addresses within the databases shall be carried out by printing from each database a list of sequential addresses by road name.
   (B)   The County Zoning Officer and the 911 Administrator shall compare the resulting two lists for discrepancies. Discrepancies shall be resolved by establishing an accurate site address for each discrepancy and replacing the discrepant data with the accurate data as applicable. Where a correction would result in a change of address, the change of address shall be handled as provided for in the applicable portion of this chapter.
