§ 92.01 LAND ACQUISITION FOR HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND WIDENING PROJECTS.
   All future land acquisition for highway construction, maintenance and widening projects shall be by fee simple absolute, easement or dedication or as otherwise authorized by law.
