§ 31.01 COUNTY COMMITTEES.
   (A)   The following committees shall be appointed by the County Chairperson.
      (1)   Public Safety. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee E.M.A. Animal Control, Sheriff’s Department and the Probation Department.
      (2)   Road and Bridge. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee the Highway Department.
      (3)   Land Use and Development. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee the Zoning and Planning Department.
      (4)   Property. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee the Maintenance Department and county property.
      (5)   Finance. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee all financial aspects of the county including establishing an annual budget, reestablishment of positions and the like. They will oversee the planning and policy procedure manual, serve as a suggestions committee and keep contact with elected officials and department heads. They will also oversee union negotiations, labor management and arbitration. This Committee will be comprised of members representing each standing committee.
      (6)   Marina. This Committee shall have a Chairperson and four members. They will oversee all aspects of the marina.
   (B)   All committees shall report in writing with the statement of acts and their opinions thereon.
