§ 91.41 FARMING PRACTICES PROTECTED.
   (A)   ILCS Ch. 740, Act 70, §§ 1 et seq. provides farmers with statutory defense against nuisance suits where a farm has been in operation for more than one year and operated according to the established standards of the farming community for the type of operation being conducted.
   (B)   A number of farming practices will be protected as listed, but not limited to:
      (1)   Wide, slow moving farm equipment on roads;
      (2)   Noise, dust or odors from the operation of machinery as well as pesticides, fertilizers and manure being applied to the farmland at various times of the day or night;
      (3)   Wind blown debris, such as cornstalks, soybean residue, husks and the like;
      (4)   Aerial applications of pesticides or other materials;
      (5)   Odors and noise from livestock operations and/or stray livestock; and
      (6)   Drainage problems or short-term flooding, which may occur during heavy rainfall.
