§ 91.26 CORRECTION OF VIOLATION.
   The owner of any vehicle, junk, machinery or other nuisances declared to be so in this subchapter or any person owning, leasing, occupying or having control of property on which a nuisance exists shall be cited for violation of the provision of this subchapter, and be given reasonable time, but not less than 48 hours, to correct the violation. Furthermore, if the owner fails to correct the violation within the stated time, the county, through its properly designated officer shall have the right to petition the court for an appropriate order to enter upon the property and correct the violation, and shall have a lien against the property for the reasonable cost of correction.
