For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD OF HEALTH. The DeWitt-Piatt County Board of Health or its authorized representative.
PERSON. Any institution, corporation, individual, partnership or other entity.
