§ 90.058 GUARD DOG; INSURANCE REQUIRED.
   No person shall own, keep or harbor any guard dog, which shall be defined as a dog trained to attack or kill any human being or domestic animal, unless the dog is registered with the County Clerk, insured in the amount of $50,000, and have displayed in a prominent place on his or her premises where the dog is kept, a sign easily readable by the public using the words “Beware of Guard Dog”.
