(A) Any vicious dog which attacks a human being or another domestic animal may be destroyed, and any person found guilty of violating this section shall pay all expenses, including shelter, food, veterinary expenses for identification or certification of the breed of the animal or boarding and veterinary expenses necessitated by the seizure of any dog for the protection of the public and other expenses as may be required for the destruction of any dog.
(B) The schedule of expenses set out in § 90.038(B)(2) shall be the same expenses paid by the owner when the county holds a dog for the ten-day rabies observation period after it has been determined that an unvaccinated dog has attacked another human being or domestic animal.
