§ 90.023 REPORTS TO BE SUBMITTED.
   The Animal Control Administrator shall submit in writing to the County Board at its regular December meeting a report showing the number of animals registered, number of animals inoculated against rabies, fees collected, animal bites investigated, case of rabies and other information as the State Department of Agriculture shall request; and the Board, upon approval of the Administrator’s report, shall forward a copy of the same with any amendments thereto to the Department of Agriculture of the state, which report shall be the annual report of the County Board provided for in § 21 of the Animal Control Act, being ILCS Ch. 510, Act 5.
