§ 90.016 AGE WHEN ANIMAL IS TO BE INOCULATED.
   It shall be the duty of every owner or person in possession and control of any dog or cat within the county, not exempted from inoculation, to cause the animal to be inoculated against rabies when the animal becomes four months of age, or upon acquisition of an uninoculated animal over four months of age.
