§ 90.015 INOCULATION REQUIRED; CERTIFICATE; USE OF VACCINE.
   (A)   Every owner of a dog or cat, four months or more of age, shall cause the animal to be inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian at intervals of one to three years depending upon vaccine used, pursuant to Regulation XI of the State Department of Agriculture.
   (B)   Evidence of the rabies inoculation shall be entered on a certificate in a form approved by the County Board, to be known as a rabies vaccination registration certificate, and which shall be signed by the licensed veterinarian administering the vaccine.
   (C)   Rabies vaccine for use on animals shall be sold or distributed only to and used only by licensed veterinarians.
