§ 30.16 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business shall be as follows:

   (A)   Call meeting to order;

   (B)   Pledge of Allegiance and invocation;

   (C)   Calling the roll;

   (D)   Reading and approval of minutes of the last meeting;

   (E)   Time for individuals to speak before the Board;

   (F)   Time for appointments to various boards and commissions;

   (G)   Read correspondence from various government bodies;

   (H)   Report of the following committees:

      (1)   Land Use and Development;

      (2)   Public Safety;

      (3)   Property;

      (4)   Road and Bridge;

      (5)   Marina; and

      (6)   Finance.

   (I)   Old business;

   (J)   New business; and

   (K)   Motion to adjourn.
