Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, which violation constitutes a violation of any rule, regulation, order or determination of the Department of Public Health of the state, adopted or made by the Department pursuant to the Act, shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor and fined not less than $100 and not to exceed $750. Any other violation of this chapter shall be deemed a petty offense. Each day’s violation constitutes a separate offense.
