§ 53.25 PERMIT VALIDITY.
   (A)   A permit to construct or deepen a water well is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
   (B)   If construction has not started within this period, the permit is void. A request for extension of the permit may be made to the Health Authority if construction will be delayed.
