§ 53.22 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
   Upon submission of the application for permit, including the plans and specifications of the proposed water well or component thereof, the Health Authority will review the application prior to issuance of a permit. If the Department, upon review of the application, finds that the application meets the requirements of this chapter, and upon payment of the required fee, a permit will be issued to the applicant.
