When an authorized representative of the Health Department discovers a violation of § 50.38, the person, firm or corporation causing or allowing the violation shall be notified by the DeWitt-Piatt Bi-County Health Department by means of a written notice of inspection and request to abate the violation sent to the last known address. The notice and request shall describe the specific conditions found, the correction necessary to bring about compliance, and a specific and reasonable period of time for the correction. Each condition specified in the notification shall constitute a separate violation of this chapter.
