§ 50.21 FLAMMABLE, EXPLOSIVE, TOXIC, DANGEROUS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS.
   (A)   (1)   No person shall place, or cause to be placed, in containers provided for the collection of garbage or refuse the materials as motion picture film or similar material, celluloid, rags or paper products saturated with flammable substances or other flammable, explosive or toxic materials.
      (2)   All materials shall be placed in separate containers and/or be disposed of as directed by the Board of Health and in accordance with this chapter and state statute.
   (B)   All dangerous and hazardous materials or substances such as poisons, acids, caustics, pesticides, infested materials, explosives and solid wastes resulting from industrial processes shall not be mixed and/or stored with or collected with refuse as defined in this chapter. The dangerous and hazardous materials or substances shall be stored, collected and disposed of in the manner prescribed by the applicable state statutes.
