§ 50.02 INTERPRETATION, PURPOSE AND CONFLICT.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be the minimum requirements for the promotion of the public health, safety, morals, comfort and general welfare.
   (B)   It is not intended by this chapter to interfere with, abrogate, annul or repeal any ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation heretofore adopted which does not conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
