The owner operator of the commercial solar energy facility shall maintain a current general liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage and name DeWitt County as an additional insured with limits of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence and $20,000,000 in the aggregate during the life of the project. DeWitt County may increase the coverage amounts from time to time so long as such increases are commercial reasonable.
