The owner operator of the solar commercial/large scale facility shall maintain a current general liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage and name DeWitt County as an additional insured with limits of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence and $5,000,000 in the aggregate with a deductible of no more than $5,000.
