(A) Jurors shall be paid no less than the minimum compensation as outlined in ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, § 4-11001, or similar statute that may be passed into law by the Illinois General Assembly hi the future.
(B) The amounts to be paid for jury service are to be paid out of the county treasury.
(C) Day care is to be reimbursed upon the order of the judge presiding over the case involving the jury.
(D) The Circuit Cleric shall disburse to each juror $15 per day as well as 15 cents per mile traveled as compensation for their service.
