§ 39.01 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.
   The Zoning Code Administrator of the county is hereby designated as the Code Enforcement Officer of all county ordinances and resolutions enacted pursuant to ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, §§ 5-12001 et seq., and ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, §§ 13001 et seq., including the authority to issue administrative citations of violations of the ordinances and resolutions.
