(A) For the purpose of electing members of the County Board, the county is reapportioned into four Districts with three Board members to be elected from each district, the Districts described as follows.
(1) District A shall consist of Clintonia Township Precincts 1, 2, Waynesville, Wapella, Barnett and Tunbridge Townships in the County of DeWitt and State of Illinois;
(2) District B shall consist of the townships of Wilson, Harp, DeWitt, Nixon, Rutledge and Santa Anna in the County of DeWitt and State of Illinois;
(3) District C shall consist of Clintonia Township Precincts 7, 8, 9, Texas and Creek Townships in the County of DeWitt and State of Illinois; and
(4) District D shall consist of Clintonia Township Precincts 3, 4, 5 and 6.
(B) The County Board shall be comprised of 12 members and shall be elected by aforementioned County Board Districts in compliance with the election code of the state.
(C) The County Board shall meet on the third Thursday after the first Monday at the county building at 6:00 p.m.
(D) The County Board members are required to follow the duties of the county boards, as enumerated in ILCS Ch. 55.
