(A) That certain document known as the "Tax Code of the Town of Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona," A.R.S. §§ 42-6051 et seq., three copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, which document was made a public record by Resolution No. 05-04 of the town, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section. Amendments are set forth according to § 34.17.
(B) The provisions of this section and the tax code adopted pursuant to this section shall become effective from and after May 1, 2005; provided however, the tax imposed pursuant to the tax code shall not apply to contracts entered into prior to the effective date of Ordinance No. 05-02 as specified in this section.
