(A) All off-site improvements shall be designed, engineered, constructed and installed in accordance with all other applicable regulations adopted by the town, state or federal government: “Right-of-way” width and street cross sections shall be as specified in the Town Code and Planning and Zoning Ordinance. The Department, in consultation with the Development Services Director, shall determine street classifications.
(B) Landscaping within public and private rights-of-way shall meet all requirements for on-site landscaping as prescribed by the Planning and Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable town regulations, and will be subject to approval of the Development Services Director and the Department.
