§ 153.213 VIOLATIONS.

(A) It is unlawful and a violation of this subchapter for a person to use property to sell, cultivate, process, manufacture or transport marijuana or marijuana products in violation of this subchapter.

(B) Each day any violation of any provision of this subchapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
