Within available resources the town will assist all persons who feel they have been discriminated against in housing issues on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin to seek equity under existing federal and state laws to file a compliant with the Arizona Attorney General's Office or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
