The Mayor and Council of the town hereby wish all persons living, working, doing business in or traveling through this town to know that discrimination in the sale, rental, leasing and financing of housing or land to be used for construction of housing, or in the provision of brokerage services on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin is prohibited by Title VIII of the Fair Housing Act Amendments of 1988.
