§ 90.99 PENALTY.
    (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   A person who is convicted of a violation of §§ 90.02 through 90.03 is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. As a minimum penalty, a person convicted hereunder shall pay a fine of not less than $50, which shall not be suspended unless, at the discretion of the court, that person is ordered to perform and complete a minimum of eight hours of community service.
   (C)   Any person violating the conditions of § 90.17 or is in charge of a dangerous dog as defined herein, may be fined in the amount of $250 and be liable for reimbursement of any costs incurred by law enforcement officials in the exercising of their duties.
