13-3-5: INSPECTION AT SUBDIVIDER'S EXPENSE:
All public improvements to be made under the provisions of this title shall be inspected and approved during the course of construction by the city engineer. The costs in connection with the inspection shall be paid by the subdivider. (Ord. M-21-78, 7-3-1978)
