13-3-4: PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, APPROVAL BY ENGINEER:
All plans, specifications and contracts for public improvements required by this title such as street paving, sidewalks, water systems and sewer systems shall be approved by the director of engineering before the final plat is approved by the planning and zoning board.
