13-3-3: ADDITIONAL IMPROVEMENTS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS:
The requirements of section 13-3-2 of this chapter shall also apply to new subdivisions lying outside of but within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the city limits. (Ord. M-21-78, 7-3-1978)
