A. Full Color Building Elevations: Three (3) copies. The elevations submitted with the application must be legible and to scale. Measure height from top of curb to roof peak, midpoint of sloped roof, and from eaves. Show the following:
1. All sides of the proposed building(s), labeled according to which direction the building faces (i.e., north face, south face, etc.);
2. Primary, secondary and tertiary building massing;
3. A clear identification of all building materials and textures to be used on the facades;
4. Adjoining buildings (side or rear) in outline form;
B. City Of Des Plaines Material Data Sheet: Three (3) copies;
C. Landscape Plan: Three (3) copies of a detailed landscape planting plan for the site including a plant list containing the common and botanical names, sizes at the time of installation, and quantities of all plants, permanent signs and street fixtures. A "typical" planting detail may be provided for any area such as a building foundation that will use a specific planting layout in more than one location on the site;
D. Plat Of Survey: Three (3) copies of a current property survey locating permanent structures; and
E. Site Plan: Three (3) copies of a proposed site plan showing the intended use. (Ord. Z-11-14, 4-7-2014)
