The administrative hearing officer shall conduct the hearings in an orderly manner and insist upon proper decorum by all persons present at the hearings. The intent of the hearings is to provide the city and the respondent a full and fair presentation of the issues.
Hearings of red light violation notice citations shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and title 7, chapter 12 of this code. In the case of a conflict, the provisions of title 7, chapter 12 of this code shall control. (Ord. M-63-10, 12-20-2010)
