A. Turf: For all zoning lots, areas of the property not covered by structures or impervious surfaces shall be landscaped with turf, wood mulch, or other plant materials. Rocks and stone mulch are not permitted.
B. Trees: Shade trees with a minimum trunk size of two and one-half inches in caliper shall be provided for all zoning lots at a rate of one tree for every 2,500 square feet of yard. (Ord. Z-8-98, 9-21-1998; amd. Ord. Z-8-20, 2-18-2020)
