A. Wherever a landscape plan is required by this title, such plan shall become an integral part of any building permit application.
B. No building permit shall be issued without first obtaining approval of a required landscape plan by the Director of Community and Economic Development or his/her designee.
C. Failure to implement an approved landscape plan shall be deemed a violation of this title and subject to the procedures of Chapter 4
, “Enforcement and Penalties”, of this title. (Ord. Z-8-20, 2-18-2020)
