1-16-4: DIVISION ADMINISTRATOR; POWERS AND DUTIES:
The city attorney or his designee shall be the division administrator. The division administrator's responsibilities shall include:
   A.   Operating and managing the administrative hearing system;
   B.   Recommending the appointment and removal of administrative hearing officers, as necessary;
   C.   Promulgating rules and regulations in the conduct of administrative hearing proceedings. (Ord. M-101-07, 12-17-2007; amd. Ord. M-22-08, 6-16-2008)
