There is hereby established within the city attorney's office, a division of administrative hearings, the function of which is to expedite the prosecution and/or correction of code violations subject to the jurisdiction of the administrative hearings system. The division is authorized to conduct and manage administrative hearing proceedings in the manner provided for in this code. The division will consist of a division administrator and such other persons as the city manager appoints to assist with the administrative hearing system provided for in this code. (Ord.
