The city acknowledges and affirms that the Illinois energy efficient building act, 20 Illinois Compiled Statutes 3125/1 et seq., and the Illinois energy conservation code adopted thereunder, 71 Illinois administrative code 600.100 et seq., apply within the city. The Illinois energy conservation code is hereby adopted and incorporated as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. M-14-14, 5-19-2014)
