Such special school use shall be unique to the school district and shall not run with the land. Should the school district cease school functions at the site, and/or sell the real property at the site of the special school use to an entity other than another public school district, said use shall expire upon the district's conveyance of the property. No person, corporation, or entity shall make a claim that the special school use may continue after the school district conveys the property. The special school use shall not be assignable without the express, written consent of the city which shall not be unreasonably withheld. (Ord. M-52-03, 8-18-2003)
