Any person being the owner, agent or person in possession of any such building now erected in the city, who shall for sixty (60) days neglect or refuse to number any building owned or occupied by him in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Any owner or occupant of any building hereafter erected in the city who shall for thirty (30) days after the same shall be erected neglect or refuse to number the building according to the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ch. 8 Art. I, 1956 Code)
